UNICER (Universal Court Electronic Records) is an electronic public access service that allows
users to obtain case and docket information from federal bankruptcy courts, and the UNICER
Case Locator via the Internet. UNICER data is available through a standard Internet browser
search, simple HTTP API, SOAP Web Service, or as a pre-processed bulk comma separated (CSV) file.

Search the Electronic Court Records by name, state, filing status, and various
other options. Please note that there is a limit on the number of records
returned.

| Daily Bulk Download |
This option allows our clients to download bulk UNICER data in a form of a comma-separated
(CSV) file, which can be imported into programs such as Microsoft Excel or Access for
further processing. To allow maximum flexibility, the format of the downloaded data file
can be configured on a per-client basis.

| UNICER Developers API (SOAP) |
The UNICER API uses a SOAP-based protocol that allows our affiliate members to search
the UNICER database using Visual Basic, C#, ASP.NET, and other common programming languages.

Understanding the need for a quick and efficient data lookup API, we implemented a simple
HTTP-based lookup system using HTML Query String formatted request and response text. This
enables you to embed your UNICER lookup code in virtually any programming environment.
